Someone in Rockwall County is feeling just a little bit better about their finances after winning big on a scratch-off lottery ticket – claiming a $1 million prize while playing Cash Royale. While the lucky person chose to remain anonymous, Texas Lottery officials say the winning ticket was purchased at Homeboy's Grocery located at 2975 State Highway 66 in Fate. This was the first of four top prizes worth $1 million to be claimed from Cash Royale, which offers more than $320.3 million in total prizes.
