ROCKWALL, Texas - A lucky Rockwall resident won big on a recent Texas Lottery scratch ticket. The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, claimed a prize worth $1 million in the Cash Royale game. The ticket was purchased at Homeboy's Grocery on Highway 66 in Fate. Featured article The Powerball has once again reached the 1 billion mark with an estimated $1.04 billion jackpot. The Texas Lottery says the ticket is the first of four top pizes to be claimed in the game.
