A multimillion home in Rockwall County near Lake Ray Hubbard with its own bowling alley is up for auction this month. Interluxe Auctions will sell a home in MiraVista Estates with a starting bid of $1.5 million Aug. 28, the company said Friday. It has five bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, plus a game room, bar and Brunswick bowling alley. Outside are two custom-built ponds and a large, circular driveway as well as a covered patio and outdoor kitchen. The property was initially listed for about $5 million last September.
