DALLAS, June 23, 2022--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE:MMI), announced the sale of 1,437-unit, five-property Royalton Portfolio. Four properties are in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area and one is in suburban Austin.
