This place really need to work on the WiFi Turning off. Like its freaking ridiculous. Thus even paying for premium WiFi doesn’t do anything. Just wasting money (only a 1.2MBps increase) way to rip your guests off. And the random charges whenever I don’t ask for extra things. Like one time my rent ($320) then somehow I got a ($45) charge. I’m pretty sure I pay on time EVERY TIME. 3rd. don’t pay extra as they have to manually put it in their system to carry over into (credit) if not, you just wasted the extra amount you payed. Wood springs, y’all need to step up your game Ps. Fix your Ethernet ports, because a worker told me that at a different Woodsprings he worked at, he said they were working, but here in Rockwall they don’t, kind of suspicious don’t you think???
