My husband had a broken watch clasp so I took it in for repair. Even though we have been here before they had no record of us. That should have been my first warning. I was told that I would likely need a new clasp mechanism and they would call me the next day with a repair estimate. Three days later they call my husband and say he needs a whole new band, but that they can't fix it. I go to pick it up and they can't seem to find it. After waiting quite some time I am given the watch back IN PIECES. They took the entire thing apart and didn't bother to put it back together. At this point I just took my watch and business elsewhere.
