This isn't the first time. However, the worst so far. Upon entering we were second in line. I watched 6 employees standing there by the soda machine looking our way, obviously not happy about more customers showing up. After being seated I waited for 10 minutes before approaching the manager about being seated somewhere we might be served. I watched two parties around us being seated and orders taken. The manager does not seem to care one way or another. We waited an additional 18 minutes just for our drinks. Their only saving grace...my youngest loves the shakes. That's the only reason we stayed. I put one star for that reason only.
