Jan. 17—The Rockwall ISD has turned over to the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services allegations against Rockwall-Heath High School head football coach John Harrell. The school board Tuesday night had little more to say about the illnesses and hospitalizations that occurred after an off-season fitness class on Jan. 6, where football players were forced to do an extreme amount of pushups in an hour's time. After emerging from an executive session at the start to Tuesday night's school board meeting, a statement was released to the Herald-Banner.
